About Annecy LakeLodge
LakeLodge is a 1870's sandstone retreat which has recently undergone an extensive 18-month renovation. Working on the 'whole home' rental principal it is ideal for 2-3 families or group of friends looking for a contemporary, functional & well- equipped holiday home on the waters of Lake Annecy. It is easily accessible to all of the adventure that the Haute Savoie region has to offer. The 3 storey home offers exquisitely designed high-quality finishes including solid timber heated floors, air-conditioning, designer wallpaper, Caesarstone bench tops & ambient lighting. Lake views are on offer from most of the bedrooms & clients will enjoy many hours relaxing on the large lakefront deck.
The living area includes a fully equipped high-spec kitchen, dining room table for 14 people, formal lounge room & cosy TV escape. The flow through to the expansive deck complements this entertainment haven.
There are six beautiful ensuite bedrooms in addition to a luxurious master suite. Being a smart home it is equipped with tablet controlled lighting, heating & security system.

During the summer months the dining experience can be enjoyed outside on the 14 seater designer oval dining table making the most of the mountain views & warm weather. A comfortable outdoor lounge setting is the perfect location for a sunset aperitif before dinner. Due to the east-facing aspect of the house, the deck is bathed in sun in the mornings which is ideal for a delicious sun-drenched breakfast. An automatic awning provides shade & the large deck BBQ is ideal for outdoor catering. There is a soccer goal for the children & petanque for the adults!

A stunning 50m2 waterfront deck offers clients perfect access to Europe's cleanest and most picturesque lake. Paddleboarding, waterskiing, kayaking & swimming are at at your fingertips with idyllic water temperatures reaching up to 24C in the summer. Spectacular water & mountain views are also a key highlight. The deck is the piece de resistance of the property & many hours can be lulled away in this tranquil haven away from the Lake Annecy summer crowds.
