Fully equipped kitchen & expansive Caesarstone bench tops create the ideal space for food preparation & catering. Appliances include: double door American-style fridge with ice-making facilities, wine fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktops, oven plus oven/microwave combo, Illy coffee machine & Thermomix.

Living & Dining

Our dining room offers seating for 14 people at the oak table which overlooks the outside deck and manicured lawns. Many a meal can be spent here enjoying the locally sourced food produce and quality french wine.

 The formal lounge space has a pleasant outlook of the mountains, outside deck & manicured lawn. Its warmth is complemented by a live open wood fireplace & ambient lighting. Extensive storage at the entrance offers guests the convenience of storing their shoes, jackets & towels easily on the ground floor. This room offers a relaxing atmosphere to read a book, enjoy a glass of wine & chat with friends. 

TV & Entertainment

This media retreat offers wall-to-wall comfortable high quality sofas & a 50 inch flatscreen TV. Cable TV is available plus access to the Wii entertainment system with various games on offer. We also have a DVD library & Bose sound system. The shutters can create an ideal darkened environment for enjoying a film. The live wood fire tops off the warmth of this cosy escape.

Outdoor Entertainment

During the summer months the dining experience can be enjoyed outside on the 14 seater designer oval dining table making the most of the mountain views & warm weather. A comfortable outdoor lounge setting is the perfect location for a sunset aperitif before dinner. Due to the east-facing aspect of the house the deck is bathed in sun in the mornings which is ideal for a sun-drenched breakfast. A fully automatic awning provides shade & the large deck BBQ is ideal for outdoor catering. There is a soccer goal for the children & petanque for the adults! ​

Private Lakeside Deck

​A stunning 50m2 waterfront deck offer clients the perfect access to Europe's cleanest lake. Paddleboarding, waterskiing, kayaking & swimming are at at your fingertips with idyllic water temperatures reaching up to 24C in the summer. Spectacular water & mountain views are also a key highlight. Enjoy the jacuzzi all year round!

All of our spacious bedroom suites are uniquely designed with quality, luxurious linen and warm and inviting soft furnishings. All with ensuite bathrooms make them the perfect retreat after wonderful days spent outdoors exploring this expansive and beautiful region.

Master Suite

The original exposed beams & modern warm ambiance of the  air-conditioned, self-contained master suite offer a blissful sanctuary to read a book, relax in the bath & take in the stunning lake & mountain views. The kitchenette includes Illy coffee machine, tea & Illy coffee facilities & wine fridge. Lounge area includes flat 30 inch screen TV, DVD & Apple TV. Telephone, Mac & printer also available.

The luxurious bathroom offers a deep curvaceous freestanding bath with waterfall-effect spout, functional double sinks, Caesarstone benchtop, towel warmer & twin chic Italian shower and rain shower.

Blue Room

​With spectacular lake & terrace views, air-conditioning, modern lighting & contemporary bathroom this bedroom offers a warm & tranquil setting for holidaymakers. Designer wallpaper, quality finishes and chic design add to the appeal of this bedroom.​

Grey Room

Spacious lake-facing & light-filled retreat equipped with flat 30 inch screen TV, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, telephone & tea making facilities. Chic bathroom with lake views and Italian style shower, high quality bathroom fittings & heated towel railings complement this expansive room.

Silver Room

Lake views, designer wallpaper & luxury high-end bed linen are offered in this first floor light-filled, air-conditioned bedroom. The ensuite bathroom includes a large deep bath, towel warmer & quality bathroom fittings. A built-in desk adds to the functionality of this room.

Kids Bunk Room

LakeLodge has an air-conditioned bunk room fully equipped with TV, DVD player & children's books & games. The ensuite bathroom with Italian shower, towel warmer and modern finishes allow kids their own functional space for independence during their holiday stay.

Individual spotlights are an added feature that allows children of all ages to share & control their own sleeping hour whilst reading in their beds. It is the perfect escape for kids.

Purple Room

This private first floor bedroom offers mountain views, comfortable queen size bed, luxurious bed linen, built-in wardrobes, ambient lighting, air-conditioning & contemporary bathroom with towel warmer, high quality bath towels & underfloor & towel heating. ​

Garden Room

​​This delightful ground floor garden room opens up onto the expansive wooden deck & manicured lawns. Easily accessible for the less mobile & elderly this designer room offers a spacious modern bathroom, luxury wallpaper, ambient lighting and underfloor & towel heating.
